What I did:
- Switched off the printer
- Disconnected the ADF
- Waited 20 seconds
- Switched on the printer
Now it works again. However, the ADF will need to stay disabled. That is fine for now. We need the printer to work. Eventually we will look into the printer's electronics in more details and see if a capacitor has broken down causing power fulctuations or similar within the printer.
